I needed the hardwood floors refinished in my father's home rather quickly, in preparation for putting his home up for sale. The handyman who was doing other work "had a guy" to do the floors, who postponed multiple times over a few weeks. I couldn't wait any longer, and a friend recommended SNR. I sent an estimate request, and Adam called me within an hour or two. He was able to shift his schedule a bit and fit me in early the next week. (I had a one-day project.) The floors look spectacular! Great work, great service! I am very grateful, since good contractors are hard to find.

After I had my old wall-to-wall carpeting removed, I discovered stained and damaged hardwood. I initially contacted another company that specialized in refinishing hardwood floors, but found them to be poor communicators. Deciding to move on, I got in touch with SNR First Rate Floors. Unlike the first company, I found Adam, of SNR, to be very responsive to my calls. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. We scheduled the work to be done in mid-August. The job took three days, due to the flooring requiring repairs. Adam and the crew of flooring specialists were very professional and friendly. I was pleased with the interaction I had with all of them. The job was completed to my satisfaction. I am very happy with my flooring. All in all, a good experience. I think SNR does quality work, at a fair price. I certainly recommend them.

When you hire a contractor to help you with any project around your house it can be challenging. I read the many reviews posted on the website. Now I am please to add to them. When the carpeting was taken up we were greeted with a mess under the padding. Adam and Bill worked together one on the perimeter, the other in the field of the room. I was concerned about dust, but reassured by Adam with their equipment there isn’t any noticeable dust. Adam and Bill did an outstanding job on the floor relishing. I’m recommending to my son to use them for their floors. I couldn’t be happier.

I am a hard person to please and Adam, Bill and Gabriel exceeded my expectations. They are true Master Craftsmen! We just moved here and based on the reviews we took a chance and called them. Adam informed me they just finished a big job and could start ours in 2 days. They are the first contractors in this area who were prompt and professional. We have had a horrible job getting people to answer their phones and to even call us back. Our floors hadn’t been done in 40 years, they look brand new!! Bill and Gabriel are amazing! I would give them a 10++ Truly are Master Craftsmen. Highly recommend this company. Thanks for guys for making this a positive experience and giving us the floors I dreamed they could be!!
